Good Old War
More SXSW chaos. If all goes as planned, I will be interviewing one of my favorite bands, Good Old War, for the Texas State radio station. I’m beyond stoked to get as involved as I am in the music scene.
P.S. Professor Nolan, there is a link to a video in this post.
Ahhhh South By South West. From Monday until Sunday, this will be my life. I don’t know what part of me thought it would be a good idea to work crowd control from 6pm to 2am for a week. If I’m not in class next Monday, it’s probably cause I was trampled by thousands of music hungry hipsters.
Clearly I’m obsessed with tattoos. If I didn’t want a half decent job after I graduated, my body would be a canvas. I love this tattoo in particular because of how realistic it looks and because it lacks and hard outlines, resembling a pastel picture.
It amazes me what humans can do with the resources given to us by the Earth. This installation by Motoi Yamamoto is all made of salt and is absolutely beautiful! If only had the slightest artistic ability.
